Halo effect and thinking out of box

     Halo effect and thinking out of the box. What's Halo effect? What's thinking out of the box? What's the relationship between them? Let's talk about it. For example, the famous people has Halo  effect in our daily life. We very appreciate the famous people. Their success story motivates us to have power to work better in our life. However, we only see the success from the famous, we don't see their disadvantage in their lives. Even we see their disadvantage, however, their success still cover their disadvantage and your don't think that is the disadvantage if you like them or their success story. We even don't know how they succeed in detail and we only know their success story. For example, Bill Gates recently divorced and we don't know how he divorced in detail and we only know he divorced from newspaper. Some people appreciate him very much and they don't think that is the disadvantage about divorce for Bill Gates. Halo effect affects we think in depth. It sometimes looks like set the boundary of thinking we can't jump out. It becomes a fixed life way or a fixed way of thinking. For example, it's a meeting with everyone share their ideas seems good and normal and most of people like that way of meeting. However, that's the way of Halo effect and we must kick off that way and change another way because everyone is unique and try to maximize the value and quality of meeting. Thinking out of box, a concept for thinking in work. It tells us everything has many ways to solve the problem, not just one or two. Flexibility is very important. Jump out of the box of life, jump out of the way of thinking in our life, jump out of the normal view to our world is very important. It helps to be creative and find another view to world you never saw before. I would say Halo effect and thinking out of the box will help us to find another view to world we never saw before.

Cold water & self depletion

   Water is necessary to our life. We can not live without water. How is it related to self depletion? Cold water, it has some of advantages. Cold water can be used for people to bathe in Winter. It helps to stimulate the circulation of blood and help your mind calm down and feel better. It also helps to strengthen the function of lung. It is same as cold water swimming. We can see most of people in USA or Europe, they like to drink the cold water in their breakfast, lunch and dinner or any kind of meals. It helps to let the temperature of your body go down a little bit and also after you drink the cold water, your heart, your body and your mind feel better when the weather is hot. Self depletion, for example, when you sleep a little bit last night, the next day you will feel sleepy and tired when you are at work. You can see the relationship between them. After you drink the cold water when you feel sleepy and tired at work, your body, your heart and your mind will not feel tired and sleepy. The cold water sounds like the same function as the drinks selling outside and it always in our life and we need to drink it when we feel tired and sleepy, it's call functional drinks. We can see them in our life such as Monster, Red Bull and so on. After we drink them, they can give us more energy our bodies need and we will not feel tired and sleepy. So the question is why the function of the cold water works same as the function of functional drinks for the people feel tired and sleepy, we still choose the functional drinks sometimes? Also, maybe the functional drinks have more calories and it will help you to be fatter.

Reading

     Yesterday was the World Book Day. It is my first time to hear about that. I don't know that before. Many books is cheaper than usual before in the bookstore in China. I think a lot these two days about this. Book is very important to our life. Human as the highest level of the animal because of the knowledge gaining. How to get the knowledge? The answer is book. It is the way to civilization for human. It is the way to intelligence for human. One of the motto from Gorky is "Books are the ladder of human progress".

    I once liked reading very much. However, now I don't know why I don't like books and reading. I can't reading every day and focus on the book and reading that forget other things around or outside the world, only can hear my breath and the world I create from the book in my brain. I like that feeling. However, now it's hard to have that feeling. I like the feeling forget the time because of reading. However, now it's hard to have that feeling. I understand many adults don't like the book or reading as the time passes. There are many reasons, for example: have to work hard and a lot, take care of the family and children and socialize with people and so on. I think focus on the outside world a lot and news from the Internet a lot that would be the reason I don't have that feeling. So, let's enjoy the day to reading the book and forget everything.

     Today is a good day. Sunny and a little bit wind, made me feel comfortable. However, something upset or bitter inside the heart can not come out. I look out from the window. Everything seems to be in its rhythm. Nothing can be expected. My mood calm down but something different inside still live there, like it never moves out or leaves me alone forever. A self voice comes out, "Brother Mike, it's time to have breakfast". I realize it is morning time. However, it's have a power to pull me back to the bed. I still walk out to my room and go into the rest room. After brushing tooth and washing face, I go out into the living room to have my breakfast. Everything is usual,  nothing is expected to happen. However, I don't know what is expected to happen. Maybe something I expect to happen. That's love. The pressure of life seems to cover all the hope you expect to life. That's the reason why people is easy to give up their life or maybe even their lives. Life is hard. No one always smiles to life. They pretend to smile to life. After I eat my breakfast, I continue to try to find the work. These days I am asked the wired questions. "Why you have the career gap?""What happen to you between 2006 and 2009?""Why you don't work on that time?" I think that's my secret personal issues. Why do I need to answer those wired questions? Everyone has their life. You are just workplace, not everything to me. You hire me as you confirm my ability to work. That's so wired HR, at least I think that's. 

     A few days pass, finally I get the offer from a job. Actually I do not have any power to work that job. Pay is ok. However,  nothing attracts me, even after I work that job and find the coworkers and managers are find and easygoing. Those are not the reason to me to continue to work. Yes, it miss something. Something miss in my life. Finally, I quit the job. It's my tenth time to quit the job in these two years. Making money seems to not a power to me to keep moving forward. At least, right now is not.

Talk about Stop Asian Hate in depth

 Recently, I read the news online about a young teen shoot several Asian women. After this event, it raises several activities of Stop Asian Hate. I will talk about this event and my opinion to this event. This only represents my opinion and for reference, not aim to attack anyone using language or words. One of the famous basketball players states the young teen is a stupid guy and see what he is doing and that raises some people curse or use language or words to attack him.  Why these people use language or words to attack him? Are those people American? Why they don't think his words is right? So, they agree the young teen shoot the Asian women is right. From this you can see, some American people don't know what's the truth. Are they the white Americans? I don't know. Maybe. Because some white Americans are confident and look like they are the top race than others race. In USA, maybe the white Americans look for jobs faster than others.  Maybe many welfare gives to the white Americans. From the previous event like George Floyd you can tell something. Several days ago, a Chinese old woman is hit by a young white man. Is it related to the Stop Asian Hate? Maybe. Anyway, that young white man doesn't respect the old people. As you can see, how is this American country? Some people don't respect old people. What's the culture of this American country? Freedom? Freedom represents don't need to respect old people? I don't want to say any more, but you have the answer in your mind. Even he is the young teen, he kills the people so he has to be sent into the prison. I still see the good news to the Stop Asian Hate. Many people in USA attend the activity of Stop Asian Hate and shout out the voice to everyone. Yes, because many Chinese and Asian is quiet and they face many unfair situations to say nothing. However, silence can not solve any problems and it can not help others respect you. Now, it's the chance to shout out your voice to USA and the world "we are proud to be Asian and we have the chance to be treated same with others". Let our world be more peaceful. All of that is my opinion for reference. It is the opinion from the poor kid.

Back to work

 Back to work! I have taken the two weeks break. Everything is changed in this two weeks. In these weeks, my tense relax. I learn lots of things. I am confident about my future and career. My mind comes with new ideas to make money and make the life better. I find the good way to easily get a job. I find these weeks I am in full energy. I am in full energy to learn something. I see a different of mine. Thanks of these two weeks to give me a new myself. I will expect the future and the following days.

Sleep

    Today is a special day!!!! Does anyone know? Emmmmm..... Today is World Sleep Day...... Wowwwww..... Let's have a good sleep day. Yessssss..... Sleep all day!!!!!!!!!! Never know that before. First time to hear about that. I think this is the perfect day design for me. I like sleeping and I am a lazy boy. Is it most of the people have a good sleep? Maybe the answer is no. Because of many reasons, we don't have a good sleep. Some of the people because of the headaches don't have a good sleep. Some of the people because of worry about the career or jobs don't have a good sleep. Some of the people because of worry about the life don't have a good sleep. Some of the people because of worry about the love don't have a good sleep. Many many cases show that most of the people or every person don't have a good sleep and we need to have a good sleep. Sleep is very important to us. It helps us to have a good health. It helps us to have a good mood every day and have a good life. It helps us to have more power or energy to focus on the work. Many cases show that people because of lack of sleep die. It is the important thing and we have to value it. It is today to relax you and have a good sleep.

Seem like death note

 I have the feeling same as the feeling of hero from death note. The manager from the restaurant do not respect you and their language without respect and have dirt. They cut your work hours. You don't say anything but it doesn't represent they don't respect you and use the dirt language. Because of the life and having a family, you can not say anything because they are the managers and you have to keep your life. That's why they don't have a good review in indeed. You have the feeling to clear the dirt from world and save the world. I can not continue watch death note. Still believe can see another beautiful side of world not this dirty one.

 After tomorrow, it will be a two weeks break. Take a rest and enjoy the days. These couple weeks and months I feel tired. Every tense focus on the work and recently work three jobs. It's the chance to rest and see how that takes effect on my work. I can use the rest to focus on the important things. Learning some new skills and develop my current career and extend the road of my career. Also will have a good mood in my rest and not focus on work. Everything should be pleasant and every tense will relax.

My opinion of covid-19

 These two years, the covid-19 happens all over the world. Our life seems can not back to normal. Almost everywhere has to wear the mask and need to sanitizer. The jobs opportunities is shortened. Many people can not find another job and lost their jobs. In the U.S., still lots of people are waiting for unemployment benefit. Covid-19 variants first time found in England and then a case in US. Almost every 4 or 5 minutes a person from Los angels died. Even we got the covid-19 vaccine, still covid-19 cases went up. How long this battle would end how long the world could back to normal. I want to see every happy face all over the world.
